When a customer calls for service, the calls are dispatched and routed through our state-of-the-art tracking software. All of our technicians work exclusively on car wash equipment; rest assured that as a CWE&S customer you are our top priority.
Technician Training Program
At CWE&S, we understand the importance of training and development as it directly relates to workplace safety, efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Technical support meetings are held at our facility on a bi-weekly basis with all technicians & managers to enhance the abilities of our service personnel. Reviewing technical issues and sharing knowledge as a team helps when working on technical issues that may arise while in the field.
Additionally, semi-annual training seminars are conducted to keep our technicians knowledgeable in new developments with existing machinery, new items, and solutions.
